Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a luxurious audio system and a king-size bed, but the duplex layout meant I could hear my neighbors at night. The heated floor system was a nice touch, but the room definitely needs a serious update.

The rooms had a luxurious audio system and a king-size bed with a good view terrace but were in a duplex layout that could be noisy if neighbors stayed up late. The heated floor system was a bonus, although the room needs updating.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. While generally super efficient and polite, one staff member was rude when serving tea in the morning. However, the staff indulged my kdrama obsession, which was a nice touch.

The location was great for hiking trails and near the sea with beautiful views. It was in a beautiful area of Jeju Island, although a bit far from some major locations.

The dining experience had good choices of both Korean and Western dishes, but the breakfast selection was mostly Korean with a very scarce American option. The main menu was excellent, particularly the Korean-style dishes.
